A sort of update
I still don't know what's wrong, but my x-ray was fine. I found this out at 1:45 yesterday afternoon, after playing phone tag all day. I had the x-ray done in Baxley, which is closer for me since we're living in Hazlehurst. I called first thing in the morning, and they said the results were ready and they would fax them to my doctor. I called my doctor around 10:30 - - no results. I called the hospital again. They faxed them to the hospital in Eastman(the one my doctor is affiliated with). I called my doctor back, got the right fax number, and it was *still* 1:45 before they got the results.

It was an awful day - - my nerves were absolutely frazzled, and I'd been on the phone all day with the x-ray debacle, Jan, J... they were both wanting to know the results, too. *And* J called once to tell me the garage called him about our car - - it's been out of commission for a couple of weeks. The transmission's gone out *again* - - the third time, which has to be a record. The guy rebuilt it, and it'll cost around a $1000, which is bad for us now, but not as bad as $2500 for a new one would've been, and it does have a guarantee.

So, no real news. It might be as simple as a case of the flu - - I recently caught another bug at work, I'm still stuffed up, sneezing and coughing, sore throat, etc. My appointment's not until next week. I'm not *as* scared as I was, but I still feel like something's wrong. I didn't think anything of it at first - - I've been having pain in my right leg, and more recently, down my right side. I thought I'd done something to it at work - - I have to get on my knees a lot when I'm zoning, to do the bottom shelves, I always step up on the ladder with that leg, and I stretch to reach the top shelves as well. My friend Lorrae(she works next to me in HBA) complains about the same aches and pains. But the other day I

coughed up something that looked like it might've had bits of blood in it, and panicked and went to WebMD, and there you go. I was a mess when J got home. And it might still be bad, I don't know yet. If it is, I'll deal with it.

Thanks to all of you for your good thoughts and prayers and encouraging words. You never fail to cheer me up when I'm down. *hugs*
